MedOasis operates as a regulated medication sourcing platform within Nigeria. Every vendor, transaction, and delivery on our platform is structured around the country's pharmaceutical and consumer-protection frameworks.
NAFDAC alignment
- Only NAFDAC-registered medicines may be listed on MedOasis.
- Listings are checked against the NAFDAC Greenbook of approved products.
- Suspected counterfeits are reported to NAFDAC's Investigation & Enforcement Directorate.
PCN Alignment
- Vendors must hold a valid premises licence from the Pharmacists Council of Nigeria (PCN).
- Dispensing of prescription-only medicines is supervised by a registered pharmacist.
- Unregistered patent-medicine vendors are excluded from controlled categories.
Consumer protection
- MedOasis payment assurance ensures buyers are never out of pocket for medicines they did not receive.
- Refund and replacement policies follow the Federal Competition and Consumer Protection Act (FCCPA).
