In Lagos, supply is everywhere — and so is risk. Hundreds of unverified vendors operate openly on Instagram, WhatsApp, and informal markets. Choice without verification is just noise.
The rural shortage
Outside the major hubs, the problem flips: distance to the nearest licensed pharmacy can be hours. Patients fall back on informal sellers because they have no other option.
What a verified network changes
